All parking in downtown Boone is free on Saturday. For the race, park on Depot Street, King Street, Queen Street, in the Town Hall Parking Lot or in the Depot Street Parking Lot. The race will begin and end at the High Country Press office, located at 130 North Depot Street in downtown Boone.

All parking in downtown Boone is free on Saturday. To take part in the attempt, park on Depot Street, King Street, Queen Street, in the Town Hall Parking Lot or in the Depot Street Parking Lot. The group picture will take place at the High Country Press office, located at 130 North Depot Street in downtown Boone, in the parking lot.

Pioneer Festival at the Horn

No parking will be available on the day of the festival at Horn in the West; however, Daniel Boone Days has secured ample parking at the Boone Mall and have hired AppalCART to run a free shuttle to and from the Boone Mall parking lot. Please, when parking at the Boone Mall, park as far away as possible from the mall entrance-the shuttle will pick up patrons at the AppalCART bus stop on the perimeter of the front of the mall parking lot. Please be courteous to mall patrons. The shuttle will run from noon to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, running a direct route between Horn in the West and the Boone Mall.
